For years, I lived in survival mode—a way of being so deeply wired since childhood that I didn't even realize the weight I was carrying. Life felt like a battle. You fight. You survive. You do it alone. I believed that "good enough" would never be enough, so I became a perfectionist, trying to fix my past by building the perfect future.
I chased success across countries. Climbed the corporate ladder. Pushed my body beyond its limits. Checked every box society handed me. From the outside, it looked like I had it all figured out.
But the picture-perfect life can be shaken to its foundation by the power within us—the part we've been ignoring.
My body was screaming what my mind refused to hear. Every night, I tried to sleep through a deep, internal roaring. Restless nights became countless—to the point where I was afraid to go to sleep. Overthinking. Overwhelming. Hypervigilance. Over and hyper described my life well.
When an outrageous wave of uncertainty hit my stable world, I struggled to communicate what I was going through. I'm not a fan of the unknown. All I knew was that something inside was telling me: this wasn't my way.
I felt disconnected—from my job, from close friends, from my environment, and even deeper, from my own body and spirit. The disappointment was heavy: for taxing my body, for not being able to heal, for the collateral damage affecting people who genuinely cared about me.
Everything changed when I stopped searching for quick fixes.
I finally understood: a body in constant fight-or-flight, in survival mode, cannot heal while every signal tells it danger is near. I watched stress and anxiety ripple through my body—multiple symptoms appearing that seemed unrelated until I saw the pattern.
This time, instead of looking for external solutions, I turned my attention inward. There is so much inside that goes beyond our comprehension—a wisdom, an intelligence that knows the way home.
This is how I committed to listening to my intuition, to trusting my gut feeling and the high intelligence within us all.
Naturally, my mindset shifted. My priorities transformed. I understood that health is the wealth I want to build on, time is my precious commodity, social wealth shapes my mission, and financial wealth brings me freedom. As you navigate through life, the balance between these will shift—but never lose focus of the big picture.
Deep down, I've always known my purpose is serving others. I've always been a giver. I just decided to give my energy in a different way. So I left the investment banking industry to become a certified Integrative Health Coach—to honor my life experiences by supporting and empowering others to express their highest self.
